It's been a while since I've spoken about hair on the blog. This time I'm bringing to you a review on the Waterman's Grow Me Shampoo. This shampoo is designed to help you grown your hair, I myself wasn't looking to grow my hair as it grows pretty fast anyway, but I was still intrigued at how this would work, so let's see how I got on.
The packaging is nice and simplistic, has all the information on it that you need. The best thing about this product which I'm all for is that it is vegan which is amazing as I fully support vegan products so this is a bonus. The packaging also states it has argan oil, caffeine and biotin within the product. It's brilliant how all the information is provide on the front of the bottle as of course this is where it catches your eye first, the front of the bottle and how it is presented. Waterman's Shampoo is also sulphate free, improves the scalp condition, stimulates hair growth (which is what we want), strengthens the hair follicles and more.
Smell of the product
The smell of the formula itself isn't very strong which is fine, but for me I like a shampoo with a lovely scent to it that makes my hair smell fresh even after drying it, putting it up in a ponytail and still smelling it after a long day and taking your hair down. But a scent isn't the be all and end all, this is just what I like in a product.
Price wise, the Waterman's Grow Me Shampoo is retailed at normally £13.95 (made in the UK also), but is currently £12.95. So when you think of other shampoo's this is rather pricey, but for what the product is and does, this is well worth the try if you struggle with hair growth, have patches of hair that are thinner than others, this is certainly worth a try for you. They also sell the conditioner product which I wish I could of also tried to see if they worked well together.
Did it work?
For me, I'm not entirely sure, but my hair does grow rather quickly. But I would say I'm sure it's sped up the process as my roots have come through quite fast, so possibly. The only downfall to the very first time I tried this product out was it made me have a spot in my scalp due to the hair growth, so this caused an in growing hair, as of course the formula is made to help grow your hair, so mine must have tried to come out a bit too fast. Other than that, I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to grow their hair and struggles to, even if you have patches where your hair really struggles to grow, this is a product definitely worth trying out. by Street style fashion for women
