3 Totally Affordable Ways to Wear a Flounce Skirt and Graphic Sweatshirt
Trends always come back around, so hopefully you still have your tiered mini's and GAP hoodies because they are back ladies and gents! Flounce skirts are popping up all over the holiday collections from Modcloth to Forever21 to J.Crew. Another trend that came back this late summer and has since gained traction is logo sweatshirts. If you're anywhere near my age (22 of course..just kidding, yeah right), you'll remember that you weren't cool in school unless you had plenty of clothing that had either a designer logo like Polo's polo player or some kind of wild animal like Abercrombie's moose or Hollister's seagull plastered all over your stuff. Logo sweats are in full swing production this season because why stop the out-of-control Speed bus that is the 90's fashion trends when it's making retailers so much money off of "nostalgic" millennials who hardly even lived in the decade. Anyway, it is perfect timing for sipping cocoa in your slippers by the fire, so stock up. Iconic sweatshirts from labels like Calvin Klein, GAP and Adidas are being showcased in many of the "off-duty-model" street style looks of some of the industry's top influencers. It's just a shame that I didn't keep all of these that I had in high school.
Here are three very affordable looks using the same red flounce skirt from Zara.
