The Inside Out of Working Out: Anger
If there is any emotion that I am very familiar with, it's anger. I have quite the temper and a very short amount of patience, so I get frustrated easily and tend to build up aggression when I get stressed out. If at this point you are thinking to yourself, "I should call somebody..." don't worry. I apply my aggression to my workouts (when I'm not pregnant). I love hitting my 80 lb heavy bag at home or doing boxing circuit training. It's great exercise and it really takes a lot of energy, so I'm usually drenched and exhausted when I'm done. Most gyms have a cardio boxing class or a kickboxing class which would be the perfect place to show off the super sexy outfit I've picked out below. Happy punching.
