I refuse to be categorized. I am creative yet logical, which results in a pragmatic approach to the art of fashion. What fun is practicality if it bores you to death, and how beneficial is beauty if it has no function?

My whole life I've tried to manage my need to be creative and my logical approach to problem solving, resulting in quite a unique set of skills. My bachelor degree is from Kettering University in electrical engineering, my first career was controls engineering (programming machines), and my current career is web development. My hobbies consist painting, drawing, playing the piano, shopping, and playing sports like tennis and dodgeball.

The one passion that I have and hold above all others, is fashion. It always has been, and always will be fashion. There's something about the rush I get from putting together a trendy outfit, organizing my closet, or helping a friend find a bag for a special event. I am known to wear colors and styles that express my mood, and in the same fashion that most people have tendencies to eat emotionally, I shop emotionally.

Anyone who knows me at all will agree that I wear my heart on my sleeve. Expressing myself is what I do, and when I can't, I feel stifled and claustrophobic. I love fashion, it's as simple as that. It makes me feel happy, satisfies my creative hunger, and inspires me to make the world a more beautiful place, not just to see, but to live in.
